How long does it take for me to receive my order?

How do I change my shipping address?

Before the order is dispatched:

Cancel the order on the website and reorder with the right shipping address.

To change the delivery address, please contact our customer care team.

How do I track the status of my order?

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, an email and an SMS with the tracking number will be provided. You can also follow your order by logging into your account and clicking “Track your Order”.

If you’re a regular customer, simply login to your account to view your current and previous orders. However, if you haven’t created an account and have logged in as a guest user, we recommend that you do so using the same guest user email address.

*Please note, that it can take some time before the tracking information is uploaded.

How can I cancel my order?

Before your order is delivered from our warehouse, you have the option to cancel it.

To cancel the order:

If you have an account:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Go to manage your order
  3. Cancel the desired order.

If you don’t have an account, create an account.

How long will it take to complete the cancellation request?

Cancelling an order normally takes 2 working days. The cancellation will be conveyed to you through phone or email. If the item has already been sent, the cancellation and refund process will take approximately 7 working days to complete once the product is returned to our warehouse.

What is the procedure after replacement has been placed?

If you have requested a replacement, we will send you an email outlining the entire procedure. After we receive the original item from you, it will be started.

My order arrived damaged?

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please immediately contact JBTEK Customer Service. You can contact us to [email protected] with your Order ID and product images. JBTEK will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund as soon as possible.

If you suspect your item’s packaging has been tampered with or damaged prior to delivery, please refuse delivery and submit a ticket to [email protected], mentioning your order ID. JBTEK will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund as soon as possible.

I want to register a complaint regarding a product?

When are returns acceptable?

  • Delayed delivery of the product

If the product is not delivered, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 working days. (JBTEK is not liable for refund processing delays imposed by banks, natural disasters, or national holidays.)

  • Wrong product received.
  • Damaged product received.

In such cases, we require that

– Items should not be installed or used.

-All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Any items that are missing from the package will be rejected.
